This investigation leads to the discovery of an ancient artifact of immense power, which happens to be the key to unlocking the gates of Hell. Even though the incident resulted in the wholesale slaughter of everyone on the base, save one sole survivor, the UAC has decided to once again return to the red planet to investigate an unusual signal beacon emanating from the location. Just two years have passed since the legions of Hell were first set loose at the UAC research facility on Mars. If there's one thing that can be said about people of the future, it's that they apparently won't be all that bright.
Now it's time to take on the forces of Hell once again with DOOM 3: Resurrection of Evil, a standalone expansion to the original hit. The game's campaign mode offered up the perfect blend of high tension, creepy environments, and fast-paced action to give gamers the adrenaline fix they had been longing for.
